Casa Maca
Ibiza Town
The effusive scent of lavender swirls around Casa Maca, making
this finca a true feast for the senses. Set in the Can Palau
hilltops, the low-fi farmhouse has been lovingly refurbished into a
verdant White Isle stay brimming with country charm. Suites nod to
the classic Ibicencan style, being airy, rustic and infused with
Balearic spirit. Beamed ceilings, wood furnishings and warm, auburn
accents pop against whitewashed walls. The surrounding gardens are
planted with native flora, creating a botanical backdrop for the
in-house restaurant’s evening service. Take a seat at the al fresco
grill house to sip flora-infused cocktails and dine on farm-grown
dishes such as grilled aubergine doused in a white miso emulsion,
and grilled native prawns. Dusk arrives with a chilled-out
soundtrack of live music and DJ sets, offering a nugget of
old-school Ibiza spirit.
